Find and Verify Your Membership

Quickly find and verify your membership, see your account details, and download a wallet-sized membership card.

1. Enter Your Name

• In the Search by Name field, type at least three letters.
• You can search using:
  • First name only (example: Shane)
  • Last name only (example: Melcher)
  • First and last name (example: Shane Cline)
• Tip: If your name is common, include both first and last name for the best match.

2. About the Suggestions List (Dropdown)

• As you type, you may see a suggestions list. This list shows up to 25 possible matches.
• If you do not see your name in the suggestions list:
  • Keep typing more of your name (add your last name).
  • Try searching by last name only.
  • Type your full name and ignore the dropdown, then click Search.
• The suggestions list is only a helper — clicking Search performs the full lookup.

3. Click Search to View Your Record

• Click Search to see your membership record results.
• Each result shows your Member ID, Membership Valid dates, Active status, and membership information.
• If you see Horses Owned, it will list any horses on file.

4. Download Your Membership Card

• If you are an Active member, you’ll see a Download Membership Card button in your record.
• Clicking it will download your current membership card.
• If your membership isn’t active, you can choose to Extend or Reactivate it via the provided links.
